Split View Bug!

When I use split view on my late 2013 macbook pro 13' for the same application it switches quickly between the desktop and split view back and forth, as if it couldn't decide where to stay. It's a bug with el-capitain and still hasn't been fixed. Its gotten to the point where will use windows on my mac. Does anyone have a permanent fix for this?
